Breast cancer is one of the most serious health problems in world. The common treatments for breast have side effects and resistance, so search drugs from natural products that are more effective still a concern researchers. Flavonoids Erythrina crista-galli, which products, potential as anticancer based on their phytoestrogen activity has been reported. aim this research to isolate flavonoids extract butanol E. crista-galli with column chromatography determine by silico molecular docking method. Two flavonoid compounds names 6,8-diprenylgenistein isoflavone group phaseolin pterocarpan were isolated. Molecular analysis showed highest binding affinity values 1 2 CDK-2 protein −10.14 −8.8 kcal/mol, respectively. However, it also possible suggest inhibition through ER protein, especially compound 1, value −10.66 kcal/mol. Therefore, target enzyme promising development new drugs.
